Conditions for Returns
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Item Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Personal care items, cosmetics, or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or used items unless they arrived defective.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@street24.ae or call us at [your contact number] to request a return.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Return via Mail: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer support team. Return shipping charges of 18 AED will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Charges
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent, the return shipping charge of 18 AED will be waived.
- Other Reasons: For returns due to reasons other than defects or errors, a flat fee of 18 AED will apply and be deducted from your refund.
